Please read these terms & conditions of use before using the www.siam.travel website. The traveler consent to these Terms & Conditions when using the site directly or indirectly through the website without qualification. If you disagree with any part of the Terms & onditions, the traveler may not use the website in any way. Any reference to ‘the traveler, you’ includes any employees, agents or persons accessing and using the website to purchase or book any product and any reference to Siam Travel includes its affiliates and suppliers.

We are a company registered Thailand. Our business and the services we offer are governed by the applicable laws Thailand. No warranties and/or representations of any kind, express or implied, are given as to the compliance of the information shown on this website, the services offered by or on behalf of us, any information relating to such services and our business in any respect with any laws of any other country. Access to website is conditional on your agreement that all information contained in it and all matters which arise between the traveler and us will be governed by the applicable laws of Thailand. Access is further conditional on your agreement that any dispute or matter which arises between you and us will be dealt with exclusively by the Courts of Thailand. Siam Travel reserves the right to deny access to the website at any time without notice.

The website offered to you (the traveler) conditional on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained below. Your use of these website constitutes your agreement and notices. In particular:

  • You accept financial responsibility for all transactions made under your name or account.
  • You must be 18 years of age or over and have legal capacity.
  • You warrant that all information you provide about yourself or anyone else shall be true and accurate.
  • The website must not be used for speculative, false or fraudulent bookings.

These is for your personal and non-commercial use. The content and information on the website (including, without limitation, price and availability of travel services), as well as the infrastructure used to provide such content and information, is proprietary to Siam Travel or its suppliers and providers. Accordingly, as a condition of using the website you agree not to use these website or their contents or information for any commercial or non-personal purpose (direct or indirect). While you may make limited copies of your travel itinerary (and related documents) for travel or services purchased through the website, you agree not to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell or re-sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the website.


Siam Travel is a travel and holiday organizer. We do not own/control/operate any tours, activities, transportation, accommodation, villas or any other independent contractor or service provider in relation with services mentioned in this website. Though we select all the ingredients, independent contractors, service providers for your holiday with due care we cannot assume responsibility for delay, deficiency or default if any in the services of such independent contractors, service providers, their management or staff leading to any injury/death/loss/damage to property or any such eventuality which do not fall within the scope of our normal selection and inspection process whilst engaging them. We are also not responsible for delay or deficiency in services of all independent contractors/service providers that may be borne out of any act or actions of co-traveler, co-our participant which may result in tour participant not availing some or all services on the tour as per Website.

From the point at which you make your reservation, we act solely as an intermediary between you and the provider, transmitting the details of your reservation to the relevant services provider and sending you a confirmation email.


The prices on our site are offered in Thai Baht. All prices on the Siam Travel website are per person and are displayed including VAT tax and all other taxes (subject to change of such taxes), unless stated differently on our website or in the confirmation email. Most transportation and accommodation rates are quoted per vehicle/room/villa.

The information and/or prices shown on the Siam Travel website are updated from time to time and therefore may have changed by the time you come to book your holiday or travel arrangements. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of all such information and prices, regrettably errors do occasionally occur. You must therefore ensure to check all details of your chosen holiday or travel arrangements (including the price) at the time of booking.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of all information and prices displayed on the website, regrettably errors do occasionally occur. In the event that an incorrect price has been entered in error, any booking made based on such incorrect price will not be valid. You will be advised of the mistake at the earliest opportunity and you will then have the option either to pay the correct price for the travel arrangements or to cancel and receive a full refund of any monies you may already have paid.

All special offers and promotions are marked as such.


Tours specified in the website are subject to minimum participation of paying participants. If the participation is below the minimum prescribed, Siam Travel reserves the right to amend, amalgamate, alter, vary, or cancel a tour or activity without incurring any liability to pay any compensation. If Siam Travel decides to operate the tour with participation below the minimum stipulated the company reserves the right to collect additional pro-rata amount.

For most service provided by Siam Travel, an option to pay with a Credit Card is available at the checkout, where you will be diverted to the save PayPal payment platform. We do not charge any credit card processing fee for tours, activities and transportation, or any other fee connected with credit card payment other than the price of purchased tour or activity, transfer visible at the checkout page.


In rare situations, when a full or partial refund has to be given to Siam Travel customers after the payment has been made already, depending on the chosen method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, Cash), a refund fee connected with transferring the money back to your account may be subtracted from the total purchase amount, which may be up to 4.5% of the total price paid.
There is no refund fee in case of cash payments whatsoever.


Most of the tours and activities offered by Siam Travel include a free transfer from/to your accommodation. It is your responsibility to be present at the chosen pick-up point at the given time provided to you upon reservation. The pick-up time may vary depending on traffic situation and is subject to change without prior notice due to bad weather conditions.
In case of not being present at the chosen pick-up location at the given time, no refund will be given to the traveler for missing out on the tour, and full tour cost will be charged.


As we book services in advance and are bound to honour the payment commitments to service providers, cancellation of services earmarked for a particular departure results in the company losing money depending upon the time of communication of cancellation to the supplier. Therefore any cancellation of tour booking by the traveler will attract cancellation charges as specified by the company.

In the event of the traveler is cancelling a third party tour/services booked through Siam Travel, the Terms and Conditions of such other Tour Operator, including their payment schedule, cancellation, refund and the like . shall be applicable, in addition to company’s cancellation rules.

Activities and tours can be refunded if canceled at least 48h before the activity if not stated otherwise in the product description.

Any cancellation within less than 48 hours will be handled as a no-show and cannot be refunded since arrangements for the activity and drivers etc are usually already ordered and paid by Siam Travel. To be eligible for a refund, you need to inform Siam Travel by email at booking@siam.travel

In case of the tour operator cancelling the purchased tour or activity due to bad weather conditions preventing the operator from operating the tour safely, or any other technical difficulty forcing the tour operator to cancel the tour for the given date.

Siam Travel also reserves the right to withhold any deposit made before the booking as an administrative fee in case of cancellation only.


Throughout the entire duration of the purchased tour or activity, the guest is responsible for taking care of their belongings, as Siam Travel will take no responsibility for loss or damage to any belonging of the traveler.

The traveler is also responsible for obeying the law of the Kingdom of Thailand, as well as any other rules set by the tour operator. If you fail to do so, you may be asked to leave or completely rejected from attending the purchased tour or activity without any right for refund.

There is strict no smoking policy on any vehicle or other mean of transportation owned by Siam Travel or the tour operator directly.
It is your own responsibility to follow the tour guide’s rules and be present at the given time and location through the entire duration of the tour or activity. Siam Travel or the tour operator takes no responsibility if a guest is left by due to not being present at the given time.


Under no circumstances is Siam Travel or the tour operator responsible for the weather conditions. The itinerary or tour itself may be changed, postponed, or even cancelled without previous notice resulting from bad weather conditions only. If such situation would occur, we will do our best to find you another appropriate date or offer you a refund based on our refund and cancellation policy.

In situations where bad weather conditions would affect the travel itinerary only, and not the entire tour or activity, no refund or cancellation may be offered to the traveler.


The traveler may ask for a change of their tour date up to 48 hours before tour service. The new tour date is subject to availability. Siam Travel does not guarantee that a date change will be available at all times, and in some cases may not even offer this possibility for any of the booking made via the Siam Travel website.


Bookings made after 6 pm Thailand time (GMT +7 hours) have no guarantee of availability. In case a booking is made after 18:00 hrs, and the chosen Tour or Activity is unavailable, the traveler may choose an alternative tour date that is still available. The traveler may also call to our emergency number +66 3 636 6116 is case of any last minute tour or activity booking request.


Siam Travel nor any of our officers, directors, employees, representatives, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, distributors, affiliate (distribution) partners, licensees, agents or others involved in creating, sponsoring, promoting, or otherwise making available the website and its contents shall under no circumstance whatsoever be liable to the traveler or his co-traveller for:

  1. Personal injury, sickness, accident, loss, death, delay, discomfort, increased expense, consequential loss and/or damage on account of theft howsoever caused.
  2. Temporary or permanent loss/damage to baggage/personal effects howsoever caused. In this condition the expression “howsoever caused” includes willful negligence on the part of any person.
  3. Loss of baggage by the Airline/Cruise line/Surface transportation.
  4. Failure on the part of airline to accommodate Tour Participant/s despite having confirmed tickets.
  5. Airline not allowing Tour Participant to board the flight for reasons beyond the control of the Company.
  6. Damage or loss caused due to reasons beyond the control of the Company (Force Majeure Vis Majeure).
  7. Refusal to grant Visa by the consulate / embassy.


In the highly unlikely event that the traveler has any complaint in respect of services he/she must informing the tour operator etc. immediately throughout the duration of the tour or activity. If the matter cannot be resolved with the tour operator directly on spot, your complaint need to be sent by email to booking@siam.travel immediately.

Any claim or complaint by the traveler must be notified to the Company in writing within 10 calendar days of the end of the tour. No complaint or claim notified after this period will be entertained and the company shall not incur any liability in respect thereof.


Images and footage taken during any tour or activity by a Siam Travel representative may be used for promotional purposes on Siam Travel website, social media, or print materials (brochures, books, flyers) without further notice.

We take no responsibility for incorrect bookings or inability to deliver you a conformation mail due to an error caused by the traveler.

In some cases, a purchased tour or activity may be already fully book for the chosen date. If such situation occurs, we will do our best to find you another appropriate date that suits your program or offer you a similar tour in the similar price category with a different tour operator.

We reserve the right to change, remove, alter or completely delete any tour or activity offered by Siam Travel in case of the event being outside the control of Siam Travel.
